QA Signs install signs in South East Queensland region primarily in Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba. We can install every type of sign we produce from the small vinyl decal to a large pylon sign. We are registered builders with the QBCC and are fully insured to manufacture and install large signage structures.

Please note we generally service South East Queensland, however with special projects we do install in other regions. We have installed signs in every State in Australia, as well as international projects in New Zealand and PNG.

Aluminium Composite Panel Signs are our most popular panel sign. And for good reason!

ACP is perfect for wall and fascia signs. They are lightweight, rigid panels with excellent flatness. Features that make it the ideal signage product.

ACP has the qualities of metal signs but ACP is much better for modern digital designs and printing.

On top of this, they are excellent value for money.

  

So what exactly is an  Aluminium Composite Panel Sign?

ACP is a 3mm thick composite panel. It is made of two 0.30 mm aluminium sheets sandwiching a polyethylene core.

The aluminium sheets give the panel rigidity and a smooth uniform surface.

At QA Signs we call them ACP Signs but they are called by many different names. Such as an Alupanel Sign or an Aluminium Panel Sign and even as a Metal Sign.

We hear a new name every day, but here a few other names you may know them as:

Graphics and Lamination | ACP Signs Layout

We make the graphics for ACP signs with the harsh Australian weather conditions in mind.

We use high-quality Avery Dennison media and lamination on our ACP Signs. We also use genuine Roland inks for colour brightness. They provide a superior print solution for signs in both colour and performance. There is also an anti-graffiti lamination option available!

How big can I make the sign?

ACP sheets are 1200mm x 2400mm in size.
