Features | What are the features of MDF Panel Signs?

QA Signs’ MDF Panel signs are suitable for indoor use.

Our MDF wood panel signs are 12mm in thickness. The edges can be painted either black or white.

A full-colour, high-resolution, digitally printed graphic of your artwork is included in our price.

Graphics are printed on quality Avery print media with a protective laminate applied.

Sizes | How big can I make the sign?

MDF panel sheets are 1200mm x 2400mm in size.

If your sign is bigger than a sheet size we use multiple sheets to make the size required.

Thicknesses | Can I have different thicknesses?

We recommend that the panel signage is made from 12mm thick MDF.

Other MDF panel thicknesses are available such as 3mm, 4.75mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, 18mm, 25mm, 32mm.

However thinner panels have a tendency to warp.

And thicker MDF is heavy and may not suitable for some walls where they are being installed.
