Artwork Check List
Before supplying artwork please make sure you have done the following
- 10mm bleed on all sides
- Convert all text to outlines
- No trim, crop or registration marks
- Embed all images and elements
- Bitmap images no less than 150 DPI at 100% scale
- Artwork supplied as a PDF
- All files to be supplied in CMYK
- Set black as C – 0%, M – 0%, Y – 0%, K – 100%

Do I need to pick up or do you deliver?
You can pick up from our premises in Brisbane or we can arrange delivery Australia wide.
Are posters suitable for outdoors?
No, our Posters are usually used indoors.
What is the quality of your posters?
We use a full-colour digital print process.
The results speak for themselves.
The vibrant colour achieved will make your message get the attention you want.
What poster paper size do you print on?
We print off the roll and offer custom sizing. We can print your poster to your desired size.
What material do you use for your poster paper?
At QA Signs we use Artist Quality poster paper. It is rated 230gsm.
Do you install signage?
Yes, QA Signs is a full-service signage company based in Brisbane. You can be confident of the quality of our installation. QA Signs is a QBCC registered builder, fully licensed, experienced, and insured to manufacture and install all types of signage. We are experts at installing signage safely and proficiently. To arrange the installation of your ACP signage please contact us.
How do I pay?
You can pay online. Our invoices have a pay now button on them that allows you to pay that invoice online.
We also accept bank deposits (our bank details are on the invoice)
Do you give trade discounts?
Our competitive prices are available upfront. Use our online calculator to see our bulk buy discounts. These discounts are available to all customers.
We can provide clean-skin delivery packaging for resellers. Purchasing from QA Signs allows you to sell to your customers with our amazing pricing.
What is the artwork surcharge?
The artwork surcharge is a small artwork handling fee for setting up the artwork ready for production in our factory.
We do not charge a surcharge for the first artwork.
Only each additional artwork will have a small charge to cover the extra set up costs.
(A double-sided sign with different designs on the front and back is considered one artwork)
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes, you can supply your own print ready artwork.
