ACP sheets are 1200mm x 2400mm in size. If the sign is bigger than a sheet size we use multiple sheets to make the size required.
What anti-graffiti lamination do you use?
For ACP signage we use Avery Dennison® DOL 4300 Gloss Clear Anti-Graffiti Polyester Overlaminate. This is a 23-micron high gloss clear UV stable anti-graffiti film.
Why do you laminate your ACP signs?
Lamination is a protective layer of media which protects your sign from UV damage and fading. This will increase the life of your sign and keep your branding bright and fresh as long as possible.
Are your ACP Signs printed directly onto the ACP?
No, our experience is that ACP Signs with direct UV print will normally start to fade after 1-2 years.in Australia’s harsh weather conditions. We use high-quality Avery Dennison media and lamination on our ACP Signs. We also use genuine Roland inks for colour brightness. They provide a superior print solution for signs in both colour and performance. There is also an anti-graffiti lamination option available!
Are ACP signs suitable for outdoor use?
Definitely, ACP signs are highly suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.
